Chemical reagents

Most materials used in our research are available via commercial organisations. Synthetic materials generated in our lab can be provided for research purposes wherever stocks allowed on an open basis.

Bacterial strains

We primarily work with mycobacterium species obtained from commercial and non-profit organisations. If you are interested in using the genetically modified microorganisms described in our publications, please contact Hua directly.

Bacteriology External Seminars

The Bacteriology External Seminar 2021 – 2022 is a series of invited talks aiming to galvanise and inspire scientific communities to address research and societal questions. The seminar is open to all members of the University of Glasgow community and is currently held in hybrid format, Zoom and in person.
